Learning organization dan knowledge worker era mensyaratkan sharing behavior sebagai proses penting dalam mentransfer pengetahuan keterampilan yang dimiliki pegawai demi kepentingan organisasi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bermaksud meneliti pengaruh transformational leadership emotional intelligence terhadap pada BPS Kabupaten/Kota Se-Jawa Timur. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk melihat antar variabel dengan menyebarkan kuesioner seluruh terlibat kegiatan statistik. Purposive random sampling teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian.
